How Payouts Work

Automatic Payout System

Spray and Play uses fully automatic payouts. Once your position matures, the system handles everything — no manual claiming required.

1. Your position matures (commitment period ends)
2. System automatically prepares payout
3. Payout sent to your withdrawal wallet
4. You receive notification
5. Funds appear in your wallet (typically within minutes)

No Action Required: You don't need to click "claim" or visit the website. Payouts process automatically.

Payout Amount

Formula: Spray Amount × 1.5

Target Return: All trenches target 1.5× (50% return). This is the target, not a guarantee — actual token value depends on market conditions.

You receive tokens, not USD.

• The payout is calculated in USD value at your spray time
• You receive the equivalent value in the featured project's tokens
• Token price may change between spray and payout

Example:

Day 0: You spray $1,000
Day 30: Payout triggers
You receive: $1,500 worth of tokens at current price

What you can do with tokens:

• ✅ Trade them on DEXs
• ✅ Use in project ecosystem
• ✅ Transfer to other wallets

The Queue System

Why a Queue?

When many positions mature simultaneously, payouts are processed in a queue to:

• Ensure system stability
• Manage gas costs efficiently
• Prevent network congestion

How Queue Priority Works

Fair system: First sprayed, first paid.

• First of month (limits reset)
• Major project launches
• Market volatility events

Checking Queue Position

Current queue position is not displayed (to prevent gaming), but you can:

1. Check your position status in Dashboard

2. When it shows "Matured," payout is queued

3. Typical wait is under 30 minutes

Monitoring Your Payout

In the App

Dashboard View:

• Shows countdown timer to maturity
• Updates to "Matured" when commitment ends
• Shows "Paid" with transaction hash when complete

History View:

• Complete record of all payouts
• Transaction hashes for verification
• Exportable for tax records

On-Chain Verification

Verify your payout:

1. Find your payout transaction hash:

- Go to Profile → History

- Click the payout transaction

- Copy the tx hash

2. Check on block explorer:

- Base: basescan.org

- Ethereum: etherscan.io

- Arbitrum: arbiscan.io

- BSC: bscscan.com

- Solana: solscan.io

3. Verify:

- Transaction status: "Success"

- From address: Trenches payout wallet

- To address: Your withdrawal wallet

- Amount: Expected payout value

Troubleshooting Payouts

"My position matured but no payout"

Step 1: Wait 2 hours

• Queue processing can take time during high volume
• Most payouts complete within 30 minutes
• Wait 2 hours before contacting support

Step 2: Check Status

• Go to Profile → History
• Find your position
• Check current status:

- "Matured" → Still processing, wait longer

- "Paid" → Check your wallet (may need to add token)

- "Failed" → Contact support immediately

Step 3: Verify Wallet

• Check you're looking at the correct wallet
• Verify withdrawal wallet in Profile
• Add token to wallet if not visible

Step 4: Check Block Explorer

• If status shows "Paid," get tx hash
• Verify on block explorer
• If explorer shows success but no funds, contact support

"Payout amount is wrong"

Expected: Spray Amount × 1.5

If payout is less:

1. Check if you boosted (reduces commitment, not payout)

2. Verify spray amount in History

3. Check for fees (0.5% platform fee on spray)

4. Contact support with tx hash

If payout token value is different:

• This is expected — you receive tokens, not USD
• Token value fluctuates with market
• USD value is calculated at spray time

"Payout went to wrong wallet"

If you recently changed wallets:

• Payouts go to the wallet active at maturity
• New wallets have 24-hour activation delay
• Check both old and new wallets

If you never set a wallet:

• Payouts held in platform reserve
• Set withdrawal wallet ASAP
• Contact support to claim

Payout Failures (Rare)

What Causes Failures

Retry Logic:

• Failed payouts are automatically retried
• Up to 5 retry attempts over 24 hours
• If all fail, manual intervention required

If Your Payout Fails

You'll see:

• Status: "Failed" in History
• Notification in app
• Email alert (if enabled)

Action:

1. Verify your withdrawal wallet is set correctly

2. Ensure wallet can receive the token

3. Contact support with position details

4. Team will manually process retry

3. Don't change wallet during final 24 hours (delays payout)

After Maturity

1. Check wallet within a few hours

2. Verify on block explorer if desired

3. Hold or trade tokens as you prefer

A: No, queue position isn't displayed. Check Dashboard for "Matured" status.

Q: Can I set a different wallet for each payout?

A: No, all payouts go to your registered withdrawal wallet. You can change it, but there's a 24-hour activation delay.
