Deposits need blockchain confirmations before appearing:

3. Check:

- Same chain: Funds are recoverable, contact support

Did you send on the right network?
Common mistake: Sending USDC on Ethereum to a Base address.
If you sent on the wrong chain:
1. Note the transaction hash

- Tx hash
- What chain you sent FROM

- Token and amount
Recovery may be possible but is not guaranteed.

- Processing: Being prepared, wait a few minutes

Common issue: Checking the wrong wallet
1. Go to Profile → Withdrawal
2. Verify the address shown is the wallet you're checking
3. Check the correct chain (EVM vs Solana)
If you changed wallets recently:
- Payouts go to the wallet active at the time of maturity
- 24-hour delay on new wallet activations
- Previous payouts went to old address

The payout token may not be visible in your wallet by default.
MetaMask:
1. Click "Import tokens"
2. Paste token contract address
3. Click "Add custom token"
Phantom:

Expected payout = Spray Amount × 1.5
Example: $100 spray → $150 payout
If payout is less than expected:
1. Check if fees were deducted (0.5% platform fee)
2. Verify you didn't apply boosts (boosts reduce commitment, don't increase payout)
3. Contact support with transaction hash
If payout token value is different:
- Payout is in tokens, not USD
- Token value fluctuates with market price
- This is expected behavior

Check format:
- EVM: Must start with "0x" followed by 40 hex characters (0-9, a-f)
- Solana: 32-44 characters, base58 encoded (no 0x)
Check for errors:
- No extra spaces before/after
- No missing characters
- Correct chain selected
24-hour activation delay:
- New wallets show "Activating..." for 24 hours
- This is a security feature
- Payouts will go to new wallet after activation

A: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot refund mistaken deposits or sprays. Contact support immediately for wrong-address sends.
